Holiday Inn Express & Suites Glenpool, an IHG Hotel

They have a beautiful pond right out our room window it was right by the door so it was convenient cause I’m a smoke but don’t like to smoke inside “not sure if they have smoking rooms or not”. I did put rose petals everywhere not sure if that’s allowed but I did clean them up one of the front desk lady’s wanted to see it and made me feel like I did an amazing job for my wife, she was making us laugh and very friendly wish I would have got her name she’s a small blond with glasses works the front desk she deserves a raise

From the moment we pulled in the parking lot, the hotel was very well lit and we felt very safe. The hotel smelled good when we walked in the door and our room was great! The breakfast was good, fairly basic, but the area was clean and breakfast was well stocked. The breakfast attendant was very visible and helpful!

Breakfast was very good, I was expecting a Waffle Station which they did not have... however, the Pancake Machine was a winner! Room was very nice and served us well. We had asked to switch the room type upon arrival if that was able, it was with no problem since we have them available and with a smile at that. Great Service from the Front Desk, Housekeeping, and Breakfast Crew assisting in the small things that was like no problem at all.
